• Midweek Rates: $75 per night Sunday thru Thursday nights.
• Weekend Rates: $95 per night on Friday & Saturday (& Sunday night of the long weekends.)

Spring Special Available June 1st - 29th as well as September

• Midweek Rates: $95 per night Sunday thru Thursday nights.
• Weekend Rates: $115 per night on Friday & Saturday
• Weekly Rates: are $650 per room for a max of 2 adults.

Summer (high season) rates available June 30th - Labour Day

• Midweek Rates: $115 per night Sunday thru Thursday nights.
• Weekend Rates: $125 per night on Friday & Saturday & Sundays of long weekends.
• Weekly Rates: are $750 per room for a max of 2 adults.

Payment Policies

• Cash, Interac, VISA and MasterCard.
• Credit Card or Debit: Paypal is necessary for credit or debit card payments
• Prepayment (Confirm Reservation): Prepayment is required in order to confirm your reservation. Confirmations are sent only once payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

• Our Cancellation policy requires 7 days notice. If you need to cancel within 7 days of your reserved stay, call us as soon as possible. If we are able to re-rent the room, we will we issue a refund - less a $20 processing fee.
• Rates and terms are subject to change without notice.

Accessibility

• Although we love pets & children - especially our own grandchildren - our B&B has been set up for the use of adults only. There are exceptions - i.e. if a family is taking both rooms.

Pets Policy

• We have a "no pets" policy for guests. However your hosts foster visits from deer & other critters local to the area outside our windows
