Payment Policies

  • Cash, Interac, VISA and MasterCard.
  • Credit Card or Debit: Paypal is necessary for credit or debit card payments
  • Prepayment (Confirm Reservation): Prepayment is required in order to confirm your reservation. Confirmations are sent only once payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

  • Our Cancellation policy requires 7 days notice. If you need to cancel within 7 days of your reserved stay, call us as soon as possible. If we are able to re-rent the room, we will we issue a refund - less a $20 processing fee.
  • Rates and terms are subject to change without notice.

Accessibility

  • Our home is not wheelchair accessible. There are several stairs in order to access the Red Pine or Golden Beech Suites. If you have moderate accessibility issues, we suggest you request the White Oak Suite as it is accessible via 3 steps and is located on the main floor of the home.

Adults Only (Exceptions Below)

  • Although we love pets & children - especially our own grandchildren - our B&B has been set up for the use of adults only. There are exceptions - i.e. if a family is taking both rooms.

Pets Policy

  • We have a "no pets" policy for guests. However your hosts foster visits from deer & other critters local to the area outside our windows
