Attention to the details & Eco-friendly!
Our brand new & spacious B&B bedrooms each have a Queen sized bed with pillow-top mattresses, as well as their own deluxe ensuite bathrooms with roomy showers.
2 suite overlook the woods from south-facing windows. The other suite is on the main floor of the home & is more accessible for those for whom stairs may be an issue.The rooms are spacious & attention has been paid to detail.
The home is fully air conditioned & there is a generator on site if the need ever arises.
There is a covered patio where you can sit outside & enjoy the shade. Or enjoy a morning cup of coffee or tea before breakfast.
There is the Great Room where you can watch TV or enjoy a movie. The kitchenette is steps away if you wish to prepare a snack with the toaster or the microwave & you're welcome to store some snacks in the fridge.
All the floors are Russian White Oak hardwood or Marmoleum. Paints are VOC-free.

Breakfast: The most important meal of the day.
Our menu changes daily & is sourced locally & organically as much as possible.
- Home-made baking includes fresh coffee cake, scones, muffins, pancakes, breads.
- Eggs are free range & Mueller's bacon is often served.
- Coffee & teas are organic & fair trade.
Adults only (with exceptions below)
Although we love pets & children - especially our own grandchildren - our B&B has been set up for the use of adults only. There are exceptions - i.e. if a family is taking both rooms.
*There are no pets on site, but watch for deer & other critters local to the area outside our windows*
Accessibility
Our home is not wheelchair accessible. There are steps from both the inside or outside in order to enter or exit the home.
However - the new White oak Suite is located on the main floor of the home. If stairs are "an issue" for you, then perhaps this suite is best for you.
Rates
May 1st - Oct 31st -
Midweek - Our introductory rate is $100 per night Sunday thru Thursday nights.
Weekend - our introductory rate is $115 per night on Friday & Saturday (& Sunday nights of long weekends.)
** Note these are our "introductory rates" for 2009. We are excited about our new place & want to share it's beauty & ambience with you. So be one of the first to take advantage of this WAY lower than average price for luxury accomodations!
Weekly rates are $650 per room. Book both rooms for a family & pay even less!
Long term corporate stays are available. Please call to discuss the rates.
** PayPal ** is necessary for credit or debit card payments.
Prepayment is required in order to confirm your reservation. Confirmations are sent only once payment is received.
Our Cancellation policy requires 7 days notice. If you need to cancel within 7 days of your reserved stay, call us as soon as possible. If we are able to re-rent the room, we will we issue a refund - less a $20 processing fee.
